I am Christina D. Aul, a Learning Experience Designer and seasoned training professional dedicated to transforming complex processes into accessible, measurable solutions. With over a decade of experience in high-stakes regulatory and technical environments, I understand that performance, compliance, and clarity are inseparable.
My approach is fundamentally driven by Human Performance Technology (HPT). I leverage models to move beyond training, strategically analyzing systemic and environmental issues to identify the true root causes of a performance gap. As demonstrated in my Master's program in Instructional Design & Technology, with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement, my goal is always to deliver performance support and strategic interventions that provide a clear return on investment (ROI).
My practical foundation in training front-line staff grounds all designs in real-world performance needs, and my technical skills in Adobe Captivate and Camtasia ensure rapid, effective development.
When I'm not designing learning solutions, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, hiking, and camping in Northern Appalachia with my spouse and dogs. I'm currently seeking roles where my blend of technical expertise and strategic, HPT-driven analysis can drive meaningful change.
